All enquiries submitted through this website are for business-to-business (B2B) wholesale and distribution purposes only. We do not supply goods for personal or consumer retail.

Submitting a trade enquiry does not create a binding contract. A sale is only confirmed once we issue a written pro forma invoice, sales order confirmation or signed distribution agreement, and you have accepted the terms set out in that document.

Product availability, specifications and prices are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote, or for 14 calendar days if no expiry date is shown.

Minimum order quantities, lead times and freight terms vary by product category and destination market. All landed-cost estimates are provided in good faith and may be adjusted to reflect currency, duties, shipping rates or supplier changes at the time of order confirmation.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, product descriptions, logos, trademarks and layout, is the property of SERGOTECH SP. Z O. O. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any material from this site without our prior written consent. Product images and technical data supplied to you remain confidential and may not be used for competitive or public purposes without permission.

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of this website or your trading relationship with SERGOTECH SP. Z O. O. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Where EU law applies to a cross-border transaction — for example, in relation to consumer protection, data protection or distance-selling regulations — the relevant EU provisions shall apply to the extent required by the jurisdiction in which the customer is established.
